How long will it take for items I purchase to be delivered to me?

If your item is in stock it will take between 3-5 business days. For all other orders you will be contacted with an estimated delivery time.

Does my item include free shipping?

To determine if shipping is included please click on the image of the product your are interested in purchasing. Under the heading ‘Shipping’ it will state if shipping is included.

Please note shipping marked “Free Shipping” is only within Australia.

If shipping is not included, to assist you with your purchase, Inadesignerhome will happily calculate your delivery cost and add it to your order.

To allow Idh to calculate your shipping costs please follow the below steps:
1. Select the product(s) you would like to purchase from the designer    furniture range at Idh
2. Email info@inadesignerhome with your postcode and the product(s)    you are interested in purchasing
3. Idh will then confirm with you your total delivery cost and can add it to    your order should you proceed.

What do I do if my item is delivered damaged?

If your item is delivered to you damaged please photograph the damage in the presence of the delivery driver and immeadiately contact Idh via email at info@inadesignerhome.

To ensure this matter is dealt with as quickly as possible please include in your email the following information:
• Your name and address details used to purchase the item(s)
• Order number
• Please explain the extent of the damage
• Attach an image showing the damage to the product

A representative from Idh will then be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss retuning the item to the supplier and a replacement shipped to you as soon as possible.

Alternatively, once the faulty item is received, you will be offered a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be made via the means in which you purchased the item.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

All orders are tracked by the Idh team. Your order is extremely important to us so if at anytime you are concerned your order has not yet been received, please get in contact with us at info@inadesignerhome and we’ll look into the delivery of your item(s) straight away.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

If you change your mind on purchases made through Idh you may return the item within seven (7) days of receipt for a store credit. Prior to retuning any items to Idh please contact us at info@inadesignerhome to obtain an appropriate return postage address. Return postage costs to Idh must be covered by the purchaser and will not be refunded by Idh.

Items wishing to be returned must be returned to Idh in perfect condition of resale, in their original condition, and duly sealed.
 It shall be the Client’s responsibility to take out any insurance policy to cover any damage that may be caused as well as all risks that may arise from the time of delivery.

Please note custom made items are not returnable due to the fact items have been made to your specific requirements.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made through Credit Card, Bank Transfer or PayPal. Simply follow the instructions at checkout for your preferred method of payment.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer a representative from Idh will be in contact with you once you make a purchase through the Idh website.
